A Community Growing Initiative
Waking up to a sharp frost this morning was enough of an incentive to lift the last of the potatoes we had grown at home in bags from our seeds. From left to right in the picture we have Arran Victory, Setanta and Lady Balfour. Considering we had already lifted 0.5kg of each of these a few weeks ago, we are pretty happy with the amount of potatoes we got from two seeds of each variety. These are now drying off in the shed then will be cleaned and put up into the loft for eating later.
If you have any still to lift, we would love to see some photos of them when you do!
