One Seed Forward is a non-profit organisation run by a small team of volunteers. Our aim is to encourage people of all ages to grow their own vegetables and fruit, eat them and give some to others in the community to enjoy.

What Information do we collect?
We only collect information you provide to us – your name and email address.

How do we use your personal information?

We also retain emailing lists in our private email account.

Who has access to my personal information?
The chair and committee members are the only ones that have access to your personal data.

How long do we keep your information?
You are able to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter updates at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe from this list’ at the bottom of the email. You may also email oneseedforward@gmail.com to unsubscribe. Under GDPR law we are required to gain consent for the usage of your data, which we will retain until you ask us to unsubscribe you or we cease to send out email updates.

How will we contact you?
We will only ever contact you through email.

How do we handle your information and other organisations?
We do not pass on or sell your information in any way.
